We are really excited to work with Galliford Try helping to embed ‘Challenging Beliefs Affecting Behaviour’ across the business. Thank you to Mike Webb for the opportunity to continue working with the Galliford Try team.

Our Director Dr Shelley Stiles has had a good couple of weeks on site with Galliford Try preparing for a new training programme focused on building a positive culture around quality as well as safety and health.
The weather was good, the team were enthusiastic and we have produced great content for the training module. It was great to spend time with the team on site, Mitchell Sayce and Liz Cunningham as well!

Shelley also got ‘hands’ on with the goal posts as part of the scenario!

We will be busy over the next month or so building the rest of the training programme ready for launch in June. Watch this space!
