Our eLearning courses are flexible and allow you to learn at your own pace and ensure your continued development within your busy schedules.
You can access the eLearning from home or work and use any available device, including your mobile phone
We offer a number of accredited e-learning packages, and we also design bespoke e-learning to meet your organisational needs.
All of our courses are interactive and have an examination at the end.
You will have our contact details and we are available, should you need any assistance.
What to expect when you join us for our classroom based training
Step 1
You will be asked for your name and email so you can be enrolled on the training platform.
After you are enrolled you will be sent an email to allow you to log in to the training. please note that NO PASSWORD will be provided, so you will need to follow the forgotten password procedure and set a unique password for the training.
You can access the training from any place at any time. Access to the training is only valid for 12 months from the booking date.
Step 2
The courses are interactive and include case studies, quizzes, video, audio, questions and may include assessments.
The courses are structured to encourage your interaction, promoting further in depth of learning.
Each course has a dedicated tutor allocated who will be available to support you once enrolled on the course. If you need support or have any questions, all you need to do is contact them by email.
Step 3
When you successfully complete your training, and any necessary assessments, you will receive a certificate.
Following the training, you will be asked to complete a feedback form. please take the time to complete the form – your feedback is important to us and helps us to deliver high quality training.
We will keep in touch and let you know of any other training that may support your professional development.
At GatewayHSW, we are aware of our carbon footprint so will digitalise course material where appropriate. We appreciate that this does not suit everyone, so feel free to print it out if it makes your learning experience better.
All course materials will be provided to you when you start the training.

How do I pay for the course?
Once you have completed a booking form, you will receive an invoice for prompt payment. This will need to be paid prior to starting the training.

We have translated several of our courses into a variety of different languages.
If you let us know what language is required, we can confirm what is available.
I cannot read or write can I still attend the course?
Our courses are interactive but can be completed without any issues.
Please let us know prior to enrolling on the training session, and we can make reasonable adjustments to support those who cannot read or write.
