Over the last few weeks Dr Shelley Stiles has been working hard supporting Morgan Sindall Infrastructure in preparation for the launch of the Protecting People Workshop Chapter 2.
In 2026 the business will self-deliver workshops to all their staff, adopting a similar approach to chapter 1. Developing facilitation skills such as active listening and asking great questions is one area that the volunteer facilitators have been practising during their training sessions. We were supported by TeamBA as these sessions included individual presentations videoed for increased self-awareness. With the usual Gateway interactive and fun style of delivery the feedback from the facilitator training has been excellent with 5* reviews across the board!
