Dr Shelley Stiles gave a presentation Kier Construction Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team Meeting in Solihull on ‘Incidents beyond behaviour’. Shelley explained the difference between human error and human factors, then exploring how human factors approaching can support investigation processes. The session was interactive as teams worked through a case study.
