This week Dr Shelley Stiles has been supporting David White of Systra Group at their annual General Management Conference in Chantilly, Paris. Shelley was able to share her human factors knowledge applied to 20 plus years of rail industry experience, as the group explored the value of rules, adoption of technology to protect people from harm and developing impactful methods to raise levels of risk awareness. There was also time to share the benefits of 360safeVR deploying virtual reality based safety training. It was a fantastic day and exciting to listen to the challenges and opportunities to improve safety amongst a global audience.
