We were pleased to be supporting our client Briggs Amasco Ltd with their Annual Safety Days this week.

Clare used the opportunity to explain the support that Gateway HSW have been engaged to do, so that everyone understands the high priority that the Briggs Amasco Board place on safety and health, demonstrating the commitment to continued improvement in health and safety performance.

Clare also enjoyed delivering a thought-provoking engagement session called ‘your money or your life’, we love practical activities that get people on their feet and make them think differently about safety and health.

With Briggs Amasco we are undertaking a discovery phase to get to know the business and its current health and safety culture, then we will provide ideas for interventions and an action plan for improvements in their health and safety culture. Our aim is to scale interventions to suit the organisation and develop programmes that the clients can manage themselves with as much support as they want or need from Gateway HSW.
