Dr Shelley Stiles has delivered an engaging and informative presentation at the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors annual conference sharing findings from a case study: branching narrative storytelling to improve construction site safety.

Shelley started the presentation asking the audience to remember their favourite book and what is was about this book that had an impact on them. Moving on to highlight opportunities to adopt a human factors based approach from gaming into a workplace setting. And finally sharing the results from the case study reducing incident rates by 57% over a two year period.
