Clare Richardson has been delivering NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence sessions to Stantec, it’s so rewarding to be part of Leadership development and help leaders better influence health and safety performance. It was great to see so many delegates reflecting on how their own behaviours impact on a health and safety culture.
