Another engaging keynote presentation on Human Factors and Safety, delivered by Dr Shelley Stiles at the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live event in London Olympia. Thank you to IOSH for the invitation.
The theatre was packed for the session which provided a thought-provoking introduction to the critical role that human factors play in creating safer workplaces, improving risk assessment, and improved safety performance. It was a reminder that safety is about far more than documents and procedures—it’s about understanding the connections between people, tasks, technology, teamwork, communication and culture. The insights shared will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on everyone in attendance.
We have received positive feedback and look forward to continuing the conversation, raising awareness of the importance of human factors and safety, and putting these valuable lessons into practice.
