NEBOSH Courses

by | 15 May, 2026

We’re delighted that our Associate, Jane Hopkinson, is delivering both the NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing and Managing Work-Related Stress programmes.

Jane brings a huge depth of knowledge and practical experience to these sessions, having spent many years working at the Health and Safety Executive as a psychologist and lead researcher.

Her background provides a valuable combination of evidence-based insight, real-world application and a deep understanding of the factors that influence health, wellbeing and human performance at work.

Work-related stress, psychological safety and wellbeing continue to be key challenges across industry, and organisations increasingly recognise the importance of taking a preventative, practical approach.

These courses are designed to help leaders, managers and teams better understand:
The causes and impacts of work-related stress
The importance of proactive wellbeing strategies
Legal and organisational responsibilities
Practical approaches to identifying and reducing risk
How culture, communication and leadership influence wellbeing at work
A fantastic opportunity to learn from someone with significant expertise in this field
