This week both our Directors Clare Richardson CMIOSH and Dr Shelley Stiles have been delivering a leadership programme to the managers, supervisors and team leaders at Windsor Great Park.
The ‘Good to Great’ Workshop concentrates on how we can enhance our personal leadership with a greater focus on effective and impactful communication, how we can support our teams building trust and respect, creating a just and fair culture and being an authentic leader for health, safety, wellbeing and security. It’s not a surprise that the feedback from these sessions is 5 stars! We love to engage with teams that take the time to reflect on how they can continually enhance their performance and show genuine commitment to being the best they can be. As we continue to support the team, it is rewarding to hear more about the practical ways in which the teams are making incremental improvements – this is why we do what we do!
