Our Directors Dr Shelley Stiles and Clare Richardson CMIOSH have been busy back down at Windsor Great Park, delivering risk assessment training for senior management, supervisors and team leaders. Its a pleasure to work with a team where the drive to be even better at health and safety, is at the forefront. For us it was an opportunity to spend more time with the team focusing on the importance of risk assessment as a primary management tool, reconnecting the ‘fundamentals’ with the cultural development workstream we have been involved with this year.
