Last week was all about human factors, this week the theme is CDM. Both Clare Richardson CMIOSH and Dr Shelley Stiles have been delivering CDM training for clients in different parts of the country. We really enjoy the variety of our work. Improving awareness of CDM and spending time working with teams to adopt the principles of designing out risk, focused planning and getting the right information to the right people at the right time remains an important and fundamental aspect of health and safety management for the construction sector. There is always room for improvement!
