A personal thank you from Gateway HSW Consultants to one of our clients SLC Rail who have kindly supported work experience for Clare’s son Oscar this week. At 16 it’s is difficult to know what future career opportunities may look like, the possibilities are endless. It is often difficult to get any practical work experience, with many organisations too busy or not inclined to support.

SLC Rail have gone out of their way to give Oscar a good taster of working in rail and construction project Management, with a packed 3 days mixing office with site activities.
