To end our busy week Dr Shelley Stiles presented at the keynote theatre The Health & Safety Event . It was a full theatre to listen to how human factors techniques can be used to make a difference in health and safety performance.
We learned that human factors is not “the next behavioural safety” or only about “human error”.
There are many opportunities in all work domains to utilise human factors principles to prevent harm.
