This month we have launched the first in a series of ‘Mastering Powerful Conversations’ workshops for Baker Hicks. At Gateway we recognise the challenges that many people feel in having challenging conversations, providing effective feedback and having the time to develop greater self-awareness. These workshops tackle these challenges and more!

Thank you to Ross Vickers for the opportunity to support the business and make a contribution towards the company 100% Strategy and associated behaviours by bringing these to life in a practical and engaging way. Scott and Clare delivered these first sessions to the team which went well and feedback was great.
