We continue to deliver our interactive accident investigation training course, that includes human factors. Both from the view of the investigation process and also looking at human performance and organisational causal factors.

This month we enjoyed a busy 2 days with one of our clients, as we deliver their next tranche of investigation training sessions. It is great to see the teams developing their skills for managing an investigation from start to finish, looking at every facet of an investigation in a thorough yet ‘hands on’ way. During the course we spend time refining interview techniques which not only supports the investigation but also reinforces achieving a fair culture.
