Mental Health Awareness Week is 9th-15th May 2022 and will be focusing on Loneliness.
During the pandemic, loneliness had a massive impact on our physical and mental health in the UK. Many of us struggled to cope when we could no longer connect with other people and with our communities. Loneliness has continued for many of us and we can all play a part in tackling this.
