The last 2 weeks we have been delivering an exciting new workshop for Morgan Sindall Infrastructure nuclear division, in support of the Client’s Knowingly Safe Programme, facilitated by Scott Hassell accompanied by the brilliant Ðramanon. The workshops are focused around culture, behaviour and effective communication. Delivering the sessions to smaller groups gave time for everyone to engage and practice in 1-1 conversations around challenge, intervention and feedback. 99% of attendees said they felt the course would help them in their day-to-day work.
