Systra: Review of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy

Overview

GatewayHSW are supporting the Systra Ltd Senior Team to understand how the team can continue to develop their approach to safety, health and wellbeing – 3S.

Independent Review

Representatives from the senior Management Team were invited to a 1-1 interview during December 2021, undertaken by Dr Shelley Stiles and Clare Richardson.

The finding were presented to the Managing Director and Senior Team.
Short-term recommendations and longer-term recommendations were made for the team to consider against the plan, do, check act cycle.

The Systra management team developed these recommendations into the 3S Strategy Roadmap – 2022/2025.

Systra have called upon GatewayHSW to review their actions and for continual independent expertise and input into development of the 3S Strategy.

Working with GatewayHSW has been invaluable in providing the independent challenge to our senior team.  We felt confident in what we had already in place, but didn’t want to be complacent.

GatewayHSW took time to understand the brief and the nuances of our business in order to provide us with a sensible and realistic, yet stretching suite of recommendations following the review.

We look forward to continuing this engagement, and the valuable experience and input we gain from the GatewayHSW team.

I would certainly recommend GatewayHSW to other organisations looking to progress with wellbeing, safety and health.
